Thank you for shopping with The Mommy Haven. Below you'll find information about how we process and ship orders.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 2-4 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times:

  • United States: 7–15 business days

  • Canada: 7–20 business days

  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days

  • Australia & New Zealand: 8–18 business days

  • Europe: 7–20 business days

  • Other International Destinations: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated. We may also offer free shipping on eligible orders or promotional offers.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to update after the package has been dispatched.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers. You may receive multiple tracking numbers, and items may arrive on different days.

Delays

Occasionally, shipping may be delayed due to:

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier delays

  • Holidays or other unforeseen circumstances

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your order. We are not responsible for delays or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, arrives damaged, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 30 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date for lost packages). Include your order number and, if applicable, photos of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
